Graduate HEC (Master of Business and Economics), option tourism and marketing, I joined the team Altitude Immobilier in April 2015, after working during 14 years in the world of the travel.

 

In charge of the management of buildings, my tasks are very varied: management of the caretakers, coordination of the works and the repairs necessary for the smooth running of 23 buildings, payment of the invoices of the PPE, sending of the invoices of loads and preparation of the assemblies of the co-owners. I also take care of the accounts department of the co-ownerships.

Certain co-owners also confide me their correspondence and the management of their invoices.

My work also consists in assisting the manager in diverse tasks.

 

Of French mother tongue, I also speak English and German and understand well Italian.

Building management service

I am pleased to have joined the Altitude Immobilier team in December 2022 in the property management department.

 

I have a commercial background, speak English and have a good knowledge of German. I have worked in various sectors and these experiences are now reflected in my administrative, accounting and customer service skills.

 

At the agency, no two days are alike because my work is varied and that's what I like. I manage properties on behalf of owners. Listening to clients' needs, proposing solutions, working with companies, checking the maintenance of buildings, are all part of my daily work.

In the fieldwork or in the agency, my part-time work consists of the follow-up of the cleaning team, of the control of the apartments, of the work planning of the concierge in the frame of the buildings administration and of the writing of promotional supports.

I am a student in business economics at the HES-SO in Sierre, with a confirmed passion for real estate. I work part-time in the Altitude Immobilier team. Thanks to my determination and the solid experience of Mr. Till, I am developing my knowledge and improving my skills with determination in the field of sales.

 

I consider listening as a key element, because it allows me to better accompany the clients in their search for a property and to meet their expectations. The key to a successful experience lies in the quality of customer service and human relations.
