69 ALTITUDE english version return to Sicily or stay in Switzerland and start his own business. Being resourceful he decided to take the risk and set up on his own as a freelance painter and decorator. He was so successful that by 2004 he founded his own company, Cosimo Crisafulli Peinture Sàrl. It is now 25 years since Cosimo took the leap to become independent and as many years since his company has built a reputation for its seriousness, punctuality and quality work. Twenty-five years that have enabled Cosimo to carry out a large number of projects in Crans-Montana and the surrounding districts. At present, Cosimo Crisafulli Peinture Sàrl has between five and eight employees, each one more motivated than the last. They all have the aim of helping the next generation, and they are very proud of the many apprentices they have trained to date. After dedicating most of his life to painting and decorating, Cosimo hopes to have brought colour and elegance into the lives of his customers. He says proudly: "I am the boss and you will always see me in overalls because I like to be active in the heart of my various worksites. It is with the same pleasure that I discovered at the age of eleven that I continue to brandish my brush today. The Brush is my magic wand that allows me to bring the colours of the rainbow to life.". He hopes to have passed on this passion and enthusiasm to his son and would love it if one day he would take over the torch from him. Cosimo would also like to thank from the bottom of his heart all the customers who have placed their trust in him and without whom none of this would have been possible !
