He is already the owner of three other restaurants in the same area: The Atlas Chinese takeaway, Edo, a Japanese restaurant and the famous Bistrot 14 Cors which specialises in Italian food. For Philip, Bluche is a "small village full of flavours" and he is proud to be making his own contribution to this legacy.
