Set in the former Désalpe, this restaurant with a French soul and a Valaisan accent proudly celebrates its love for aged meat. Behind the project stand Rémy Brogniart and his two partners, Julien Richard and Neal Ymar, joined by Rémy’s wife. An architect by training, Rémy is a true devotee of the art of living. At the end of 2024, he opened this second Swiss location, following the first in Carouge in 2023. “Le Gueuleton was born in the southwest of France, in Angers, thanks to two friends, Arthur Edange and Vincent Bernard-Comparat. Their idea was to create a place where friends could gather around good wine and hearty food,” says Rémy.
