The room ismainlymade up of a large table, specially laid out to allow all their customers to sit together and share a convivial moment. The owners wanted to preserve the history of the place by keeping some of the original features, while enlarging the space to create a cosy bar. Every Thursday, or by prior arrangement, Casy is also transformed into a table d’hôtes. This concept, called «Casy Underground», is located in the restaurant’s former carnotzet. How does it work? A five-course surprise menu with an aperitif and a glass of wine straight from their personal reserve. Each wine is specially selected to perfectly match the dishes you are about to discover.
